Plum Tree Lane, an individual based in the state of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as “Operator”)

Customers may request a refund on goods sold within 5 days of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

1) The item must not be used; and

2) The item must not be damaged. 

Additional conditions: 

1) Custom items will only be eligible for return if the order is incorrect due to mistake of the Operator. 

2) Damaged items will only be eligible for return if they were damaged by the Operator or during shipping/handling/transportation. 

3) If the above conditions are not met, Operator reserves the right to reject return and refund. 

In case of approved item, Operator will pay shipping by providing a shipping label or refunding the additional cost of the shipping to Customer. 

Refunds on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly-priced items. 

Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied. 

For a return and refund to occur, the customer must reach out to the Operator via the contact email above to initiate the return. The Operator will communicate to the customer the status of the return/refund request. 

Returns are to be sent to the address given to the customer upon approval of their return request.
